Henzel graduated from Chongqing Jianzhu University of Industrial and Civil Architecture in 1997. She has more than 20 years experience in providing quantity surveying services. After graduation, she worked in Chongqing Housing Construction Corporation. She joined WT Partnership Chongqing office in 2006 and was promoted to Director in Jan 2019. She has been responsible for various projects in Chongqing, Changsha and Wuhan including high-end residential, super high-rise, office, hotel, logistic centers, mixed-use development, etc. The clients for these projects included foreign investment, private and state-owned enterprises; She is also familiar with Hong Kong construction contracts and local cost management procedure. She is dedicated to provide valuable services to the clients.
Henzel is a Registered Cost Engineer in China and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Henzel is the project leader for some major projects including Chongqing WFC, Changsha IFS, Changsha outlet, Chongqing Tandi, Chongqing ITCC, Longfor Chongqing Chunsen Land, Longfor Chongqing Shapingba TOD, Chonqging HKLand Yorkville, Landmark Riverside and Central Avenue, Wuhan Guiyuansi Commercial Complex, etc.
