POLICE MARRIED QUARTER (PMQ), CENTRAL

WT was engaged to provide pre-contract quantity surveying services in 2013 until its opening in 2014. Renovated from the former Police Married Quarters in Central, a Grade III listed historical building built in 1951, the PMQ comprised two separate buildings of varying heights along with connecting and freestanding buildings. The fitout programme carried out by phases delivered a total GFA of 18,000 m² providing design and exhibition spaces, food & beverage and retail tenancy spaces.

CENTRAL MARKET, CENTRAL

Hong Kong

WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for Central Market in Q3 2020. The Project comprises restoration and preservation works for the 80+ year-old Grade III historic building with associated interior fitting out works, building services installation and landscaping works. The Project is located on a site of about 11,340 m² including 1,000 m² of Public Open Space in Central. The total construction floor area (CFA) is about 8,700 m².

SINGAPORE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (HONG KONG), ABERDEEN

WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 2008 and the project was completed in 2011. It was an A&A project for the former Shue Yan School with new extension block for a new 24-classroom secondary school campus for the Singapore International School in Aberdeen, Hong Kong.

Ying Wa Girls’ School, Mid-Levels

WT provided full QS services to the redevelopment project of Ying Wa Girls' School, which has been serving at its present site at Mid-Levels, Hong Kong, for over a century. The project involved demolition and removal of the existing School buildings and construction of a whole new 30 classroom secondary school, multi-purpose gymnasium room, performing arts theatre / auditorium, exhibition gallery, 380 sqm of library and other school facilities.

Barclays Capital – Due Diligence Services for the Hong Kong Barclays Project

WT was engaged to provide due diligence services for: (1) the consolidation and renewal works at Cheung Kong Center; (2) maintaining the front-office at CKC and partially relocating staff from CKC to a Grade A office; (3) a full relocation of the c.950 desks (c. 114,000 of leasable area) in the office at CKC to an alternative Grade A office in Central.
